Hello All,
I recently bought a new PC.  In setting it up, I chose to pin selected items to the Quick Access Menu.
You do that by right clicking on the icon/file in question and then clicking Pin to Quick Access
I found Quick Access to be a handy way to navigate File Explorer  I pinned in Quick Access those files/folders that I opened frequently
Quick Access always appeared as the first folder in File Explorer....until now

Microsoft, for reasons best known to others, renamed Quick Access to Home
Clicking on Home, opens up two folders, Quick access and Favorites

If you want to change the behavior of Home, type File Explorer Options in the Search tab  (It's just to the right of the Start button)
Look at the Privacy section and check/uncheck items to suit your preferences.
