I went into the Arroyo Grande Spectrum store to inquire about the 1Gbps service. The website did not state the upload speed which turns out to be 35 Mbps.
The employee said I needed a new modem since my current one was 3 years old. I received the TM1602A cable modem back in December 2019. I received a new ES2251 cable modem. The most noticeable feature of this cable modem is the 2.5 Gbps port. This is the future!
