Hello All,
I recently had to replace my water heater. It was an elaborate project so when I finished, I made o diagram of the plumbing and electrical connections for my own future reference.
To create the drawing, I used Techsmith Snagit 2020,  https://www.techsmith.com/screen-capture.html and Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019; https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/how-to/features-overview.html
