Microsoft PC Manager is a 1-click optimizer from Microsoft that provides optimization, junk removal, virus removal and other services to make your computer faster. This tool is available as a free download from the Microsoft China website and is currently in Public Beta. This could be a CCleaner replacement for the basics.
I won't give you any links for fear someone will get in trouble. I always have current system backups, so I installed the utility.
