San Luis Obispo County Residents Can Apply for One Hour Free Parking

Hello All,

Up until now, the first hour of parking in any of the three parking structures was free.  That is about to change.
However, San Luis Obispo County residents can apply for a permit to extend that benefit.
It only applies to parking in the Palm Street parking structure.
