Hi, folks. Sorry to fill the pages with "my" problems, but we have another one. A few months ago I bought my wife a Brother MFC-J5330DW color printer. It's huge and unfortunately, prints fuzzily - always not very good, with several inks added to the situation.
I had been quite happy over the years with Brother but, in retrospect, the ones I've usually bought were toner laser models. Janet's is a color ink-jet and printing nearly everything poorly. We've tried Brother ink and non-Brother ink, and it never gets better.
The problem started with compatible ink, but replacing that ink with other compatibles, and finally Brother again did NOT help!
We're ready to just throw it away. Does anybody in today's printer world know of a really GOOD (or better) inkjet printer that's worth the risk of buying? If you're able to answer, we really appreciate your time and effort! Thanks!
