Optional Windows Update

Has anyone tried the new (2/27)Windows Optional Update KB4535996 with Cumulative changes?  What do you think?

I have updated a variety of computers running Windows 10 version 19.09 without any issues.

Today 3/7 I had a bit of time and went to my Settings, Update and Security page, to install the 2/27 Windows Optional Update KB4535996, and discovered it was no longer there. What happened to it?  Was it Removed, or, built into the Feb 28 or later Updates? Is there a place to check Windows KB updates to find out?

I did find some discussion of this (not in MS pages) that indicates that the changes in KB 4535996 will be incorporated in the next major patches.  If this is so, then there is no need to be concerned about finding and installing KB4535996.
