I installed on Saturday night the latest
Windows 10 Pro 1903 (OS Build 18362.1)
on a new Intel NUC. It runs fast and Microsoft cleaned up the interface quite a bit. I'm liking the "light mode."
Build 18362 looks to be the Windows 10 1903 Release Candidate
