Tip of the Day...
Have you checked the batteries in your devices lately? When you grab your flashlight, which has been in your vehicle for years, and find it barely produces light. You open the flashlight to change the batteries and find corrosion throughout the flashlight which may not be easily cleaned or has permanently destroyed your device. Check your batteries in your TV remote control, emergency radio, mice, keyboard, clock, garage door opener, etc. You might be surprised to find the dating, the leaking or corrosion on the batteries.

My routine is every 3 to 6 months going to the manufacturers web site and checking for BIOS and driver updates. Windows 10 will sometimes update the hardware drivers but not necessarily. My Lenovo laptop and two Intel NUCs PC's have software which checks for BIOS and driver updates. Your given the option to select one or more of the updates. My experience with this has been 100% successful.

I have attached some details of one my Intel NUC's and what it looks like for BIOS and hardware updates.

Launch folder windows in a separate process
Control Panel > File Explorer Options > View > Files and Folder
Make sure this is checked “Launch folder windows in a separate process”
The main reason for turning this on is so that if you have a folder window open which stops responding and you kill the task, it should not take the main explorer.exe with it (meaning your desktop won't be inaccessible for a few moments while windows restarts it). Windows 10 19.03 update should now enable this by default, but check to make sure.

This is a very good PowerPoint presentaion on adopting and contriibuting to Chromium by Microsoft enginerers.

It's interesting to note the services Microsoft replaced or turned off.

I installed on Saturday night the latest Windows 10 Pro 1903 (OS Build 18362.1) on a new Intel NUC. It runs fast and Microsoft cleaned up the interface quite a bit. I'm liking the "light mode."
