Hello All,
I routinely copy my favorite cooking recipes to my website so that I can refer to them quickly rather than go searching through card files, cook books and other recipe websites.

Lately, I have begun to convert all volume measurements to weight equivalents in grams; grams over ounces because 454 grams is a more precise measurement than 16 ounces.
Needing to convert 1 tablespoon of nutmeg to grams, I used the link below

The site told me that 1 tablespoon of Nutmeg weighs 7 grams
(One tablespoon of salt weighs 18.3 grams)
I could find the gram weight of a cup of rolled oats, short grain rice, millet or Gold Medal General Purpose Wheat Flour (UPC: 00016000104105)
As shown, the site could provide very specific volume to weight conversions
The same site also offered to calculate mortgage rates, cylinder volumes, solid geometric figures, quadratic equations, generate passwords and furnish many more conversions
