Title: Enable the .NET Framework 3.5 in Control Panel

After a Windows update certain programs which rely on the .Net Framework would not open. After some research I found a very simple answer of enabling the .NET Framework 3.5 through the Windows Control Panel. Problem solved and I am back to computing.
