On my computer, how can I get to the page shown in our SLOBytes meeting today, where I can better organize my Edge Favorites?

Hi Dick,
I've made a video screen shot of how you can organize favorites in the latest version of Microsoft Edge.

Do you or anyone else know if there is a useful "how To" section on working with all aspects of the Edge Favorites?
