Title: Ability to Post Attachments Restored to SLO Bytes Bulletin Board

Hello All,
I just re-enabled the ability to include attachments in postings on the SLO Bytes Bulletin Board.  That ability was lost when I migrated to the new host.  I figured out how to re-enable it.
