I wanted to create a “Acronis USB Recovery Drive” containing BOTH Acronis Disk Director 12.5 and Acronis True Image 2020 on a Windows 10 Pro computer where both products were installed.
I first formatted a USB flash drive with File Explorer to FAT32.
I selected the Acronis folder from the Start menu >
Bootable Rescue Media Builder >
Advanced >
Linux-based Media >
Choose Media Destination >
ISO or USB Flash Drive >
Follow the prompts
I first created a flash drive which worked perfectly. I then created an ISO followed by creating another flash drive using Rufus which also worked perfectly.
From within either Acronis Disk Director 12.5 or Acronis True Image 2020 >
CTRL-ALT-F2 will drop you to a Linux terminal
Press ALT-F1 to return to the Acronis GUI
