Ed Bott's advice: "Windows 10 Spring Creators Update 1803: Act fast to delay this big upgrade."
Evidently, the Home Edition cannot delay the upgrade. The best idea is to be sure that you have backed up your operating system drive c:\ in case there are serious flaws and you need to recover and try to install it again after the upgrade is corrected and finalized.
